The program will be conducted fully in English and you will need to have a good command of the English language in order to comprehend the content of the program and be able to benefit from the support provided.

You will need to be familiar with using the computer to perform the following functions:

✓ Using an internet browser to operate software provided through the internet.

✓ Using your personal email and Facebook account to access the support services provided to you.

✓ Using Zoom to attend the classes online.

You are advised to seek additional training on the skills above if you are not proficient with any of them already.

For Growth Investing Express, Swing Trading and Trend Trading programs - Your enrollment is valid for 12 months for the date of enrollment of the individual course or the course package (e.g. GIX, VTP, VTPi), whichever is earlier. There will be an extension fee should you fail to attend and complete your programs within the 12 months period.

For other intermediate, advance and mastery level programs - Your enrollment is valid for 24 months for the date of enrollment of the individual course or the course package (e.g. Dynamic Intraday Trading and Master Trader Bootcamp package), whichever is earlier. There will be an extension fee should you fail to attend and complete your programs within the 24 months period.

To ensure we can arrange all the resources required for every attendee (coaches, printed materials, etc.).
We will need you to confirm your attendance at least 2 weeks before the start of every class.

All postponements must be submitted in writing to support@beyondinsights.net. There will be a postponement fee charged for postponement submitted less than 5 business days before the start of class.

However, in cases where the postponement was due to illness, last-minute company assignment or bereavement of direct family members, 50% of the postponement fee will be waived if relevant documentation is provided with the postponement request.

For the avoidance of doubt, Beyond Insights Sdn Bhd shall not refund any sum to you as a result of your late arrival to, non-attendance of or withdrawal from the seminar services.

For any non-attendance without notifying us in writing 5 business days in advance, a fee will be charged.

In case you changed your mind you may request a refund by writing in to us at support@beyondinsights.net within 5 business days after the date of enrollment. All refunds will be paid to your original payment method AFTER the deduction of 5% cancellation fee from the course fee and finance charges (If applicable). If you want us to refund to a different payment method, the finance charge incurred by Beyond Insights will be deducted from the value of the refund.

No refund will be issued after 5 business days from the date of enrollment; or enrollment less than 1 week before the course start or once you have started accessing the course materials in the Online Learning Portal because we have either incur processing cost or/and deliver some of the course materials (Online Learning Portal access) to you. However, you may submit a request to transfer your enrollment to another person.

BEYOND INSIGHTS Sdn Bhd holds all rights, and interest to all intellectual property used in conducting the Program (subject to the rights of the presenters) and all intellectual property as a result of the performance of the Program.

You SHALL not:- 
a) alter any of our intellectual property of the Materials; or
b) copy or reproduce the contents of the Program or the Materials; or
c) sell the intellectual property of the Materials or supply any of them to third parties.

If you are found to have violated any of our intellectual property, Beyond Insights Sdn Bhd has the rights to remove you from the Program and all supporting system without prior notice.

All presentations, examples, alerts given during and after the Program is for educational purposes only as Beyond Insights Sdn Bhd is not an Investment Company with an Investment advisor license.

We shall not be responsible for ANY losses in your own trading account. You agree to indemnify Beyond Insights Sdn Bhd against all loss or damage that you may suffer as a result by Beyond Insights Sdn Bhd, any of its affiliations or representatives. In witness whereof, the parties have executed this contract, the date and year stated on the Program Registration Form.

Beyond Insights Sdn Bhd risk is limited to the amount of Program fees paid by each participant, less any credit card charges, finance charges and administrative charges. In the event you are accorded a discounted fee, the refund shall be limited to that discounted fee.
